• You retain ownership of your business name, logo, content, and intellectual property provided to us

• Ensure you have the rights to all materials supplied
• Not use our services for unlawful, misleading, or harmful purposes

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits or business interruption
• Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
