3. Subscription, Fees & Payments
- Fees are charged on a monthly or annual subscription basis
- All fees are payable in advance and in AUD
- Pricing and inclusions are outlined on our website or service agreement
- Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of services
4. Cancellations & Termination
- Subscription cancellations must be made in accordance with your service agreement
- We may suspend or terminate services if you breach these Terms or fail to pay fees
- Upon termination, hosted websites may be taken offline after any applicable notice period
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- AccountantWebsites.au retains ownership of all underlying systems, frameworks, templates, and processes used to deliver services
- You retain ownership of your business name, logo, content, and intellectual property provided to us
- You grant us a licence to host, display, and modify your content solely for the purpose of providing our services
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, lawful, and non-infringing content
- Ensure you have the rights to all materials supplied
- Not use our services for unlawful, misleading, or harmful purposes
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits or business interruption
- Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services
8. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Third-Party Services
Our services rely on third-party platforms (including hosting providers, no-code platforms, plugins, and analytics tools). We are not responsible for outages or failures caused by third parties beyond our reasonable control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and the courts of Australia have exclusive jurisdiction.
